Two first leg deficits turned around, three drop-offs and a shock result. You couldn't have asked for more excitement and more tension for a finals night. In the Shield Final, the RUH Royals took on the Vesty Cavaliers. In their league match, honours were even, and this match proved no different. Locked at 4-all the match went into an extra-time drop-off, with the Royals snatching the win and taking their first piece of Bath Touch Leagues silverware.
In the Bowl Final the Rebels took a four point cushion into their second leg match against Hammer Time. Yet another exciting game, with Hammer Time almost taking the game to extra time. Their two point was enough to make the Rebels sweat, but it wasn't enough to take the trophy. The off colour Rebels coming out on top via an aggregate score win.
The Plate Final was a cracker. The Mougars took a 3 - 2 advantage into the final against the Shortstriders. This was probably the closest match witnessed throughout the whole league with the Striders taking a 1-nil win and pushing the match into a drop-off. Both teams had their chances and the match was seconds away from going down to 3 on 3, but an uncharacteristic lack in defensive concentration by the Mougars, saw the Striders take their chance and the silverware.
The Cup Final was the third and final drop-off of the night. The Space Invaders took a promising 4 - 2 lead into the final against the Hornets, but the Hornets were not to be out done and recorded their own 4 - 2 win to take the match into extra time. The Space Invaders almost took the game with a magnificent diving catch and slide in the corner, but the covering Hornets defence managed to get the slightest of touches to deny the score. The game was heading for 3 on 3 when the Hornets broke the Space Invaders defence and hearts to take the game and the championship.
